Duke Energy / Dynegy Drop Notification

You may have received a drop notification from Duke that Dynegy is no longer going to be your supplier. This is part of the transition to Energy Harbor as the new supplier. If you received an opt-out letter from Energy Harbor and did not opt-out, you’ll received a similar letter from Duke telling you that Energy Harbor will be your supplier after they send the enrollments to Duke. Duke’s aggregation process is such that the old supplier needs to drop the accounts before the new supplier can enroll you.
